Mastermind Group Basics

This Christian-oriented mastermind group is solution-based and will contain both consultation and coaching.  We are a peer-to-peer mentoring group with each member fully engaged in growing their leadership abilities, specifically around team growth.  As such, you will experience cooperative goal attainment.

– 10, 90-minute sessions…once per week for 10 consecutive weeks

There will be only modest homework assignments. You will be requested to watch the pre-recorded video prior to each weekly session then come prepared to discuss any knowledge gaps or application insights. The live group sessions will be recorded so it is okay to miss some sessions if required.
