Managing Passive Aggression at Work

One of the most difficult workplace scenarios I have ever faced has been a passive aggressive colleague. It can feel dreadful interacting with them, whether face to face, through email, on the phone or a video conference.

As Christians we are called to turn the other cheek when struck. After running out of cheeks, what do we do then? Do we maintain a passive stance or do we take action?

There are a surprising number of Biblical characters who showed passive aggression. And Jesus used an example of it to help us understand the true reason people behave so.
