In our next installment of the Saturday morning group Executive Coaching sessions, we consider executive presence.

Most associate it with taking charge, dressing great, getting along with everyone and driving change. The truth is, executive presence is a wrapper around many traits that having nothing to do with it.

In this two-hour session we dive deep into the four dimensions of executive presence and gain a new perspective as we consider the executive presence of Christ.

Here also is the Executive Presence Self Assessment that is referenced throughout the session.  You can download and use it for yourself.

FORMAT:

• 15-20 minute overview of the topic – “Executive Presence and Jesus”
• 40 minutes of Q&A with a consultative focus
• Closing prayer at top of the hour
• Additional 60 minutes of group executive coaching for whomever stayed on the call
